- Applies to all accounts/services purchased directly from SubHub.vn or Subhubglobal.com.
- Warranty is valid when customers comply with the purchasing rules and service usage policies.
Warranty Conditions
- Accounts that cannot be used, contain incorrect information, or do not function as described.
- Issues NOT caused by user actions (e.g., unauthorized changes to account details, sharing the account with third parties).
Warranty Methods
- Provide a replacement account or exchange for another service of equal value.
- In cases where the issue cannot be resolved: refund to the customer’s SubHub wallet or bank account (depending on the case).
- Processing time: 24–72 working hours after verification.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
- Users who make unauthorized changes to account information.
